
Yoga And Meditation
There is no longer a
regular Yoga and Meditation Class, but coming soon will be an opportunity to
experience 30 minutes of yoga followed by 45 minutes of guided meditation to
open our chakras and connect us with the divine. This will be held
Saturday mornings 10:30-11:45 am. once every two months. Stay tuned for more
details.

Our 1 hour 15 minute Class includes:
- Hatha yoga postures and breath work in the Kripalu Yoga style
- The Mountain Terrace Meditation (45 minutes): guided
visualization based on the work of Paul Solomon
Your Yoga Instructor is Lynda Neil who has studied Siddha Yoga Meditation in
India and New York for over 12 years with Meditation Master,
Swami Chidvilasananda. Lynda became a certified Kripalu
Hatha Yoga teacher in 1995 at the internationally recognized
Kripalu Yoga Center in Lennox MA.
Time and Location:
1 Saturday every two months
10:30 am – 11:45 am in the Root Cellar
What to Wear & Bring:
Loose fitted clothing and a blanket.
